Can Subaltern Speak?

Subaltern as we speak.. this odd theory has been introduced to me by Taite-a..And then Way back in November at IIT Guwahati i me't Prof. Gautam Badra who had in depth knowledge of Subaltern studies. We exchange a couple of discussion and to my surprise when he spoke all the other Professors bended on their knees to hear what he had said. Later on my interest with the subject grew more and more and i google out this video "The Trajectory of the Subaltern in My Work" by a Columbia University Professor Gayatri Chakravorty Spivak.
